Able to apply concepts of high school math.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: #2d2d2d;>Shift Availability:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=disc>\n<li style=color: #2d2d2d;>1st Shift<\/li>\n<li style=color: #2d2d2d;>6:00 am to 2:00<span id=selectionBoundary_1623980194984_28986696689166314 class=rangySelectionBoundary><\/span> pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=color: black;>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Assist operator in other duties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Monitor board quality, including &#8211; loose liner, warp, dimensions, caliper, and any other defects.  Report any quality problems to the operator and sort as necessary to keep the machine running.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Work at pace set by the machine operator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Cross-train on other machines as necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Be willing to move up the line of progression to operator regardless of shift.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs.  Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Helps operators adhere to production schedule.  Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals.  Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Additional duties may be assigned by management.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: black;>Language Skills: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: black;>REASONING ABILITY<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
