Able to apply concepts of high school math.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: #2d2d2d;>Shift Availability:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3<sup>rd<\/sup> Shift &#8211; <span style=color: #2d2d2d;>10:00 pm to 6:00 am<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: black;>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Assist operator in other duties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Monitor board quality, including &#8211; loose liner, warp, dimensions, caliper, and any other defects.  Report any quality problems to the operator and sort as necessary to keep the machine running.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Work at pace set by the machine operator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Cross-train on other machines as necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Be willing to move up the line of progression to operator regardless of shift.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs.  Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Helps operators adhere to production schedule.  Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals.  Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Additional duties may be assigned by management.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: black;>Language Skills: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: black;>REASONING ABILITY<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.  Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: black;> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: black;>TECHNICAL SKILLS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>The individual must have a working knowledge of the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Product layouts and production specifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Product quality specifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>Quality standards.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=color: black;>PHYSICAL DEMANDS <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=color: black;>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
