Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods<\/li>\n<li>Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals<\/li>\n<li>Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals<\/li>\n<li>Identify and quickly solve problems and\/or seek management support<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate with management and other team members<\/li>\n<li>Effectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers<\/li>\n<li>Consistently perform work tasks according to training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to management<\/li>\n<li>Attend and complete all required training and meetings<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED preferred<\/li>\n<li>Consistently foster a healthy team culture of the exceptional guest experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement<\/li>\n<li>Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift (individuals age 16 to 17 will not be allowed to operate forklifts, balers or compactors)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Environment Conditions\/Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must start employment in acceptable safety work shoes<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work in all types of conditions including heat, cold and dust<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to meet all physical requirements to perform the duties of the position including the ability to bend, reach, grasp, stand and\/or walk for extended periods of time as well as the ability to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs with or without accommodation<\/li>\n<li>Must be available to work Monday through Sunday during operating hours as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":44,"template":"","meta":{"content-type":"","om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"_themeisle_gutenberg_block_has_review":false},"tags":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ra-jobs\/22815"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ra-jobs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/ra-jobs"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/44"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=22815"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=22815"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
