The American Trucking Associations (ATA), is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team in developing marketing campaigns for events promotion, new membership acquisition and product promotion.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are looking for a competitive and self-motivated teammate with strong writing, analytical, and social media marketing skills. In this role you will:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve objectives for the launch of all marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, website and social media<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Craft, write and edit messaging and content that resonates with membership and other relevant audiences<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop engaging collateral to support campaign objectives including but not limited to: direct mail, web copy and layout, social media posts, emails, event materials etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support marketing operations, including tracking metrics, results and reporting<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Recommend new marketing strategies to improve future campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Research list database options for broadening direct marketing activities, compile new and update current contact lists<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist in reporting and presentation development to showcase marketing activities to leadership and sales team<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Analyze data and research for use in marketing materials<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Attend conferences and tradeshows as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

    Education\/Relevant Experience \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • BS\/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or related field required<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 0 \u2013 2 years of experience\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skill Requirements \u2013<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Must be detail oriented and possess strong time management skills<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Aptitude for reading marketing data and creating reports<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Have a team player attitude\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Must be willing to take on new and challenging projects and be interested in learning new technologies<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
