Must have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Perform pre-installation site surveys at customer locations and create related documents for management review<\/li>\n<li>Install, calibrate and test reverse vending machines<\/li>\n<li>Trouble shoot, diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions<\/li>\n<li>Train customers on the operation and maintenance of RVM&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality inspections on already installed equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compile reports based on work order specifications and company procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>3+ years experience in electro-mechanical field service role<\/li>\n<li>Clean and valid driver&#8217;s license with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma of GED<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use hand and power tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience using a multi-meter<\/li>\n<li>Capability to use both a lap top computer and a smart phone along related software and apps<\/li>\n<li>Clear communication skills both verbal and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to interact with customers and clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Min. education High School degree or equivalent required; 2 Year Degree or Certification Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Min. experience 1-2 years&#8217; experience in electromechanical field service or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":44,"template":"","meta":{"content-type":"","om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"_themeisle_gutenberg_block_has_review":false},"tags":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ra-jobs\/23375"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ra-jobs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/ra-jobs"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/44"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=23375"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=23375"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
