ABOUT THE JOB:<\/b><\/p>\n

The primary focus of this position is to ensure the Mobile Mini Storage Units and Offices are cleaned, repaired and in working condition so they can be rented out. This role will perform a variety of generalized labor tasks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
  • Clean, repair and ensure all Mobile Mini Storage Units and Offices are in working condition and ready to be rented. Could also repair Units on the customer site. This will include:<\/li>\n
  • Sweep and hose out<\/li>\n
  • Checking A\/C if applicable<\/li>\n
  • Replacing tile or epoxy flooring<\/li>\n
  • Repairing drywall holes<\/li>\n
  • Cleaning windows, blinds, doors, floors and walls<\/li>\n
  • Replacing light bulbs, locks, blinds, door handles, etc<\/li>\n
  • Painting<\/li>\n
  • Minor welding<\/li>\n
  • Minor electric<\/li>\n
  • Any needed repairs for customer units in the field<\/li>\n
  • Document work completed and verifies units either need further repairs (red tagged) or are ready to rent (green tagged)<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the supplies are replenished and the Yard is both organized and is free of debris and potential hazards<\/li>\n
  • May operate the forklift to load and unload containers from a variety of trucks and trailers<\/li>\n
  • Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Equipment You Will Use:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Mop<\/li>\n
    • Paint and painting materials (bucket, brushes, rollers, stencils)<\/li>\n
    • Dry wall putty and masks<\/li>\n
    • Welder<\/li>\n
    • Floor cleaners<\/li>\n
    • Maintenance tools for repairs<\/li>\n
    • Electrical hand tools preferred<\/li>\n
    • Gas Powered Forklift<\/li>\n
    • Computer \u2013 for time keeping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        \n
      • 0-2 Years\u2019 experience with general labor and general repairs<\/li>\n
      • High School Diploma or GED<\/li>\n
      • Welding experience preferred<\/li>\n
      • Current Driver’s License<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
