The laborer performs any combination of tasks relating to melting, casting, mold preparation, wheel preparation, moving foundry materials and facility housekeeping<\/p>\n<p>The position may be moved at management\u2019s discretion until they bid to a permanent position.<\/p>\n<p>There is a 90 day probationary period.\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Regular Pay Rate: $29.79. Probationary Pay Rate: $26.81 . Openings are on our afternoon and overnight shifts.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Must Haves:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have high school diploma or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Must be available to work any of the shifts in a 24 hour operation, and permanently be placed on an off shift, work weekends and greater than 8 hours per day when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Possess mechanical aptitude\/ability.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn Statistical Process Control Methods<\/li>\n<li>Express work ethic\/standards, initiative, attention to detail, and safety awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Must maintain attendance and dependability.<\/li>\n<li>Must work well with others in a team atmosphere.<\/li>\n<li>Position involves regular bending and lifting; standing for long periods of time; pushing and pulling.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should have reliable transportation, be able to pass a pre-employment respirator use exam, background check, and drug screen.
