Additionally, this person will carry out basic checks such as testing of products and packaging per company standards before shipping by adequately storing all necessary supplies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are excited about you because:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will package finished goods following proper packaging standards and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>You have the willingness to learn to operate new machinery.<\/li>\n<li>You will successfully ensure production areas are completely stocked with required material.<\/li>\n<li>You will perform in a fast-paced production environment.<\/li>\n<li>You have a strong understanding of manufacturing procedures.<\/li>\n<li>You will lift heavy objects by hand and cleans work area, machines, and equipment, using broom, rags, and cleaning compounds, to assist machine operators.<\/li>\n<li>You have experience in conveying material from storage or work sites to designated areas, using hand truck or an electric dolly.<\/li>\n<li>You will load, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, performing any combination of following duties: Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that this job description is not designated to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities for the job. Obligations, and activities may change at any time, with or without notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills\/Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess the ability to work in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a strong work ethic.<\/li>\n<li>Must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to read and write and be able to stay focused.<\/li>\n<li>Education And\/or Experience is highly preferred (High School or Trade School).<\/li>\n<li>Prior manufacturing experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Must have basic mathematical skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication and converting fractions into decimals.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to use and read a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer, dial bore gauge, and various other precision measurement equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Safety:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works safely and follows all safety rules and operational procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Wears and maintains all required PPE.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps always assigned work area clean.<\/li>\n<li>Understands all safety devices and their operation.
