Openings are on our afternoon and overnight shifts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(84, 130, 53)\">What will you do?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(84, 130, 53)\">The laborer position is an entry-level position that should progress to the other basic foundry jobs based on bidding, training, and qualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(84, 130, 53)\">Will be responsible for learning and fulfilling the needs of the production departments in various positions. The laborer performs any combination of tasks relating to melting, casting, mold preparation, wheel preparation, moving foundry materials, and facility housekeeping<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(84, 130, 53)\">The position may be moved at management\u2019s discretion until they bid for a permanent position.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(84, 130, 53)\">There is a 90-day probationary period.\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Regular Pay Rate: $29.79.
