The ST will also train customers on basic equipment maintenance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform service work on vehicle wash equipment and accessories including trouble shooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to ascertain the needed corrective action<\/li>\n<li>Replace, repair, or adjust parts and systems as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Inspect, calibrate, and check all chemicals<\/li>\n<li>Run equipment through &#8220;cycles&#8221; to ensure the complete system is functioning properly<\/li>\n<li>Advise customers of necessary service work and make recommendations to customers regarding replacement of worn or damaged parts, systems, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect equipment to ensure proper function<\/li>\n<li>Provide information and training to customer regarding proper operation and general maintenance of equipment<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain good rapport with customers, constantly striving to provide Positively Outrageous Service and ensure customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Deliver parts or supplies to customers<\/li>\n<li>Complete work orders, expense reports, and daily and weekly time logs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment changes or modification through various resources such as training seminars, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins, or engineering documents, as well as individual research and other correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper inventory of parts on service vehicle and in warehouse; reports level of field inventory as required<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all service policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Keep Service Manager informed of all significant problems, progress or difficulties<\/li>\n<li>Other job related duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPhysical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift items of light to heavy weight, up to 50 lbs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to intermittently and repeatedly bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull, or do fine manipulations, climb ladders, and stand for prolonged periods<\/li>\n<li>Must have adequate sight to read blueprints and other engineering documents and\/or work orders and other field service documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nWhat You Need\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma<\/li>\n<li>Clean driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations within the past 5 years; no more than two (2) preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years<\/li>\n<li>No impaired driving convictions within the past five (5) years and no charges currently pending<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel assigned geography on a daily basis; may include overnights as needed<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work rotating on-call weekend schedule, as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use basic math and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Capable of accurately reading and interpreting schematics and blue prints<\/li>\n<li>Ability to comprehend and interpret equipment, operating, and maintenance manuals and instructions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to successfully work independently or within a team<\/li>\n<li>Forklift experience\/certification desired but will train<\/li>\n<li>Committed to customer satisfaction and ability to adapt\/respond to different personalities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate computer skills, and email communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":55,"template":"","meta":{"content-type":"","om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"_themeisle_gutenberg_block_has_review":false},"tags":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ra-jobs\/23924"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ra-jobs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/ra-jobs"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/55"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=23924"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=23924"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
