The Groundskeeper plays a critical role in our success.<\/p>\n<p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to our competitive compensation, we offer housing discounts of up to 40% at Greystar communities, cell phone allowance, monthly bonus incentives, and a robust benefits and perks package.<\/p>\n<p><b>What your day might look like<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service<\/li>\n<li>Maintain &amp; inspect community spaces as well as the entrances &amp; exits throughout the day maintaining cleanliness<\/li>\n<li>Remove debris and clean outdoor areas<\/li>\n<li>Work with the property team to remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process<\/li>\n<li>Pull out and in the trash and recycle containers on a weekly basis per trash\/recycle scheduled pickup days<\/li>\n<li>Maintain sanitation in trash rooms<\/li>\n<li>Distribute notices and communication to residents as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we are looking for<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous groundskeeping experience is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work outside in different elements<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write, and communicate effectively<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What sets us apart:\u00a0<\/b>Greystar maintains a focus on people, genuine relationships, and shared values with a diverse and inclusive culture.
