{"id":23939,"date":"2024-05-11T04:31:12","date_gmt":"2024-05-10T18:31:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/?post_type=ra-jobs&#038;p=23939"},"modified":"2024-05-11T04:31:12","modified_gmt":"2024-05-10T18:31:12","slug":"chemical-technician","status":"publish","type":"ra-jobs","link":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com\/job\/chemical-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"Chemical Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>Chemical Technician<\/strong> plays a critical role in our engagement and customer longevity.\u00a0 The Chem Tech is responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, troubleshooting and resolving immediate issues, proactively addressing any potential issues and identifying areas of opportunity as it relates to the customer experience.\u00a0 The typical number of sites this role is responsible for is 50-75 sites per month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide professional, expert solutions to all customers, to enable their business to be profitable and leave their customers satisfied with a clean, shiny, dry vehicle every time they use our products<\/p>\n<p><strong>Site Preventative Care &amp; troubleshooting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Titration of product as needed<\/li>\n<li>Volume metrics for product as needed<\/li>\n<li>Minor chemical equipment\/application repairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Satisfaction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for site chemical conversions &amp; installations, and keeping the customers informed of progress<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer levels and responsible for Chemical Inventory &amp; replenishment orders placed at sites under responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Wash Key Reporting &#8211; Service Report<\/li>\n<li>Conduct NCS Site Surveys using the template<\/li>\n<li>Support &amp; execute on corporate accounts (CTC) per the protocols<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-site revenue program training<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Technical &amp; Chemistry basic training with appropriate location personnel<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer files (SF, Portal, Google &amp; CTM) of customers and their issues<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer outputs, and make recommendations on technical updates or ways to increase efficiency and wash counts for the designated site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Expansion:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Identify areas of opportunity for our account, conduct an initial intake discussion and communicate to sales management<\/p>\n<p>This individual is expected to comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, Local Regulatory Law, and company safety policies.
