The intern will be exposed to all lines of business and will follow a 3 month\u00a0program including the following on a rotational basis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>North Carolina\/Crab Orchard\u00a0Sand\n<ul>\n<li>Plant Process\/Quality Control\/Sales\/Environmental<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ready-Mix Concrete\n<ul>\n<li>Plants\/Quality Control\/Dispatch\/Sales\/Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Asphalt\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Plants\/Quality Control\/Estimating\/Laydown<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Construction\n<ul>\n<li>Current projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Rotation through other Departments\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanic Shops\/Safety\/Dispatch and others as recommended<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Final day\u00a0&#8211; The\u00a0Experience Presentation\n<ul>\n<li>Powerpoint\/Overview\/Evaluation of program\/Harrison Overview<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In addition to learning those aspects of the assigned division, the selected individual will be required to perform general labor duties and work long hours with the crew which could include some night work.<\/li>\n<li>Travel is required throughout eastern Tennessee and western North Carolina depending on schedule.
