They focus on partnering with customers to inspect and service preexisting company installed foundation repair and water management solutions. The Service Technician supports our customers with additional solutions options and needs.<\/p>\n<p><b>Why you should join our Service Team<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base Pay + Commission with NO CAP on earnings<\/li>\n<li>Average annual earnings $120,000<\/li>\n<li>Company Vehicle and Gas Card provided<\/li>\n<li>Full-time nonseasonal work<\/li>\n<li>Pre-qualified, high-quality appointments, no cold-calling required!<\/li>\n<li>Advanced leadership training opportunities from a promote from within led culture<\/li>\n<li>Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Long\/Short Term Disability, Life insurance, 401(k) with a company match, PTO after applicable waiting periods<\/li>\n<li>Equity in North America\u2019s Leading Foundation Repair and Water Management Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute appointments scheduled with customers<\/li>\n<li>Travel to customers&#8217; home based on assigned appointments<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company<\/li>\n<li>Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation or to remedy a potential issue through established processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform annual customer maintenance visits, examining work previously completed<\/li>\n<li>Perform reactive service appointments, diagnose, and fix any issues<\/li>\n<li>Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when carrying out responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Examine solutions installed by the company and determine potential warranty or non-warranty work<\/li>\n<li>Communicate the status of each job (completions and complications) and submit all necessary documentation to the Service Manager and customer as required<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 or more years of proven sales experience preferred but not required<\/li>\n<li>Construction\/Home Improvement experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proven customer relations experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>A valid, non-restrictive Driver&#8217;s License is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\n<li>Remote &amp; Onsite: Reporting into and working remotely of Branch location<\/li>\n<li>Servicing area within territory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Groundworks\u00ae is the leading provider of Foundation Repair, Crawl Space Encapsulation, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting &amp; Stabilization.<\/p>\n<p>With locations across the USA and Canada, Groundworks is the leading foundation solutions and water management company in North America!
