Lawn Specialist roles offer paid training and performance-based earnings, averaging $850–$1,200 per week. Field Sales Representatives average $875–$1,200 per week with uncapped commission potential.
Yes. You get paid, comprehensive classroom and in-field training from day one and throughout your career. Pesticide certification, certified applicator licenses and renewals, paid driver training, and the DOT physical medical card are all company paid.
