We are the #1 pest management company working with homebuilders and perform more than 2.5 million services per year. We specialize in pest control service through our integrated home system, Taexx®, and provide traditional pest and termite control services for homeowners and pre-constructions services for homebuilders. In 2021, we surpassed 1.5 million Taexx installs. HomeTeam has more than 50 branches in 10 states with more than 2,200 employees; with diverse backgrounds and experience, HomeTeam employees have established a highly engaged and valued culture.

Therefore, each HomeTeam branch chooses organizations within their specific area to help and support, be it through contributions to food pantries, animal shelters, blood banks, or schools. We’ve dedicated over 560 hours and raised over $17,500 for various charitable causes in 2023.
Women’s Leadership Initiative:(photo “WLI-Group-10.2023” attached) The mission of the Women’s Leadership Initiative is to inspire, empower, and assist in the professional development of women. The WLI was created to mentor women and assist them with career advancement at HomeTeam and in the pest control industry overall. While it is a male-dominated industry, we want to be sure women are aware of the opportunities available to them, and we can help them capture those opportunities. Once we know a woman’s desired career path, we work together on how to achieve her goals–not only her Plan A, but her Plan B and C.
