About the role: This position will be responsible for feeding raw materials into machinery and monitoring the production process. Additionally, this person will carry out basic checks such as testing of products and packaging per company standards before shipping by adequately storing all necessary supplies.

- You will lift heavy objects by hand and cleans work area, machines, and equipment, using broom, rags, and cleaning compounds, to assist machine operators.
- You have experience in conveying material from storage or work sites to designated areas, using hand truck or an electric dolly.
- You will load, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, performing any combination of following duties: Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must possess the ability to work in a team environment.

- Education And/or Experience is highly preferred (High School or Trade School).
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must have basic mathematical skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication and converting fractions into decimals.
- Must be able to use and read a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer, dial bore gauge, and various other precision measurement equipment.
Safety:
- Works safely and follows all safety rules and operational procedures.
- Wears and maintains all required PPE.
- Keeps always assigned work area clean.
- Understands all safety devices and their operation. Notifies management if safety devices are malfunctioning or missing prior to operation.
- Safely operates all lifting devices per manufacturing specifications.
- Background with manufacturing methods and procedures, process improvement programs and procedures.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Lifting- Up to 50 lbs.
- Standing-8 or more hours per day.
- Walking- Off and on, 4-6 hours per day.
- Body Positions- Squatting, bending, flexing, and extending both arms.
- Grasping- Both hands, up to 8 hours per day.
- Sitting- None.
- Pushing Effort- Carts of finished product and tools, up to 50 lbs.
- Pulling- Tools and finished product, up to 15 lbs.
- Climbing (ladders/stairs)- Occasionally
- Able to work in moderate/high noise in the manufacturing area.
