This position will be responsible for ensuring agency human resources records are correctly sequenced, filed, and to track in electronic databases. The work involves gathering documentation from internal departments, and coding material chronologically, numerically, alphabetically, and by subject matter and will provide direct support to the Human Resource Division.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability working with highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated customer service and professionalism.
  • Skills in the use of computers and software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email systems.
  • Skills in the use of photocopy and facsimile machines.
  • Ability to work in a semi-closed area and around paper, new and dated.
  • Knowledge of records management protocol.
  • Experience in records/file maintenance and/or other similar position.
  • Experience using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience using photocopy and facsimile machines.
  • Experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
