  • NURSING SCHOLARSHIPS: RN (ADN or BSN) – $10,000 per year with a 1-year service commitment (full-time)
  • RESPIRATORY THERAPIST SCHOLARSHIP: Associate degree from an accredited respiratory therapy education program – $3,000 with a 1-year service commitment

Specialty Tech University: 6-week on-the-job training and Eligible for $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Our Specialty Tech University Program is an on-the-job training course that allows you to have a full-time position as an SRHC employee while you go to school. We pay for books, tuition and uniforms.

 

Medical Assistant Program: 12 Month Program and Eligible for $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
The Medical Assistant program provides a customized education solution to enhance employee skill levels while magnifying positive impact through a SRHC Preferred Education Partnership. Employees/students will be working full-time in the clinic setting while completing the online accelerated program. Lean Academy: The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) in healthcare combines Six Sigma analytics and Lean’s speed with the intent of improving patient care quality and reducing cost.

 

Tuition Reimbursement: We offer educational reimbursement benefits up to $5,250 per calendar year for tuition, internet and lab fees, and books. Courses must be offered through an accredited college, university or vocational school. Employees holding a regular position with 40 or more hours per pay period can be eligible.

    • 20% discount on the balance due after insurance pays

  • Tuition Assistance: SRHC encourages employees to their continue education that relates to their job and offers tuition reimbursement for qualified courses. Full-time or part-time employees become eligible for the tuition reimbursement benefit after six months of active employment. Full-time benefit-eligible employees may receive up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement each calendar year, and part-time benefit-eligible employees may receive up to $2,625 each calendar year.

The program is designed for individuals with disabilities who are capable of competitive employment, but who may need additional training to gain the skills necessary to obtain and retain employment.
