Job Summary

We are seeking a Custodian for our Safety Assessment site located in Reno, Nevada.

Responsible for cleaning of all administrative offices, laboratory, bathrooms, conference rooms and animal module hallways.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Remove trash, dust and provide general cleaning of all areas.
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas as required.
  • Clean, strip and wax all linoleum and tiled floor areas as required.
  • Clean and re-supply all bathrooms as required.
  • Clean all light fixtures, glass areas and furniture as required.
  • Clean all animal module hallways as required.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Custodian position:

Education:  High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.).
Experience:  1 years related experience in custodial or cleaning.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
Certification/Licensure:  Driver’s license.
