Field Service Technician I

Join our team as a Field Service Technician and help deliver technology solutions that advance sustainability and automation. What will you do?

• Work independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Perform HVAC system testing.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of building automation systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Follow all safety standards and processes.
• Climb ladders and work in tight spaces when needed.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Customer-friendly, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems (Package units, split systems, RTUs, mini-splits).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently.
