What You Can Expect:

1. Lead installation of metal & wood stud framing, drywall hanging and finishing, LVT flooring and drop ceilings, pre-hung doors, baseboards, and trim
2. Interpret blueprints and job specs to plan and execute work
3. Install fixtures, fittings, and finish carpentry with precision
4. Troubleshoot and adapt plans as needed on-site
5. Ensure job site safety and cleanliness
6. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members to get the job done right
7. Develop your leadership skills and motivate your team to deliver top-tier results
