Merchandiser
- Works with the stores’ personnel to ensure merchandising needs are met
- Merchandise assigned accounts
- Rotates, removes, replaces products in the backroom and on the shelf
- Display promotional material such as signs and banners
CDL Driver
- Drives delivery vehicle to deliver product to customer accounts
- Delivers product and executes all promotions
- Services all scheduled customers by the end of shift
- Merchandises customer accounts according to Company guidelines and specifications
Warehouse Loader
- Hand builds pallets of product for bulk, and route trucks
- Operates power equipment to picking area to build and load pallets
- Wraps and prepares pallets for shipping
- Stages pallets and loads onto trucks
Supply Chain
Machine Operator – Production
- Operates and monitors machinery on production line(s) to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency
- Checks package and product quality specifications
- Performs minor troubleshooting on machinery
Quality Control Technician
- Operates equipment that blends raw materials to create beverage products
- Performs routine taste tests to ensure resulting mixture meets specified properties and consistencies
- Consistently maintains accurate records and reporting logs
Maintenance Mechanic
- Repairs and installs production and manufacturing equipment
- Performs preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoots machine errors and malfunctions
Sales Representative
- Acts as primary store-level salesperson to large and/or small format accounts
- Generates sales, communicates with customers, and provides exceptional customer service
- Collaborates with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs
- Learns new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow the accounts and create efficiencies
Fleet Technicians
- Maintains and repairs fleet equipment
- Performs preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to trucks, vans, forklifts and other fleet equipment
- Diagnoses mechanical, physical, and electronical vehicle failures and outages
- Deconstructs, inspects, repairs and assembles motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends, electrical systems related to the fleet
Pepsi Equipment Services
- Installs, setups, repairs, and ongoing maintenance of vending, cooling and/or fountain equipment at customer accounts.
- Diagnoses equipment problems, uses judgment to determine how to best repair or replace malfunctioning machinery or damaged parts
- Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures
- Collects and maintains and accurate records, including equipment order forms and customer paperwork
