As a Labelling Clerk, you will mainly be responsible for sample preparation, retrieving all specimens and transport them in a timely manner to the laboratory. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

  • Prepares the required material for the study conduct according to information received and keep a functional inventory of the required material
  • Conduct the preparation and the distribution of biological samples
  • Perform the filing, archiving, transfer, or disposal of material
  • Printing and labelling of samples (blood, urine, etc.)
  • Retrieving and transportation of collected samples to the appropriate laboratory

If you possess the following qualifications, we will train you in the rest:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for science
  • Good attention to details
  • Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.)
  • Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable
