Available Roles

• Billet Conditioner (Melt Shop): Use torches, sample saws, and jackhammers to prepare billets for the next stage in the manufacturing process. You’ll also stack billets using an overhead crane and tag them for proper identification.
• Finishing Operator (Rolling Mill): Rotate through various tasks like trimming, operating coil compactors, and handling equipment on the finishing deck.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. If you don’t have it, we’ll help you enroll in our GED Works program.
• Skills: Quick learners who enjoy working with their hands, have great teamwork skills, and strong attendance.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow safety instructions and maintain high standards.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the full shift; some roles may require working in hot environments.
