As a member of the revenue cycle team, you support obtaining authorization, eligibility verification, and billing/collections. Responsibilities include conducting quality reviews to ensure thorough documentation in the legacy system, optimizing authorization acquisition methods (email, telephone, fax, online), and promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
