In 1993, when Founder, Chairman, and CEO Bob Faith set out to build Greystar, he envisioned the need for a rental housing industry leader — a blue-chip company that operated with the highest integrity and character in delivering world-class services to residents, property owners, and investors.

Ready to get started full-time? Greystar offers a variety of career opportunities for professionals looking to join the workforce directly out of high school or trade school including:

  • Leasing: Start your career on-site as a leasing professional and begin learning about property management. Leasing Professionals perform sales and leasing activities to help achieve the community’s occupancy goals. Tasks can include processing renter applications, conducting property tours, following up with prospects after tours, and executing marketing activities.
  • Maintenance: Put your technical interests to work by learning to take care of properties as a Service Technician. Learn how to run the technical and mechanical perspectives of a property by ensuring all aspects of the building, rental units, and grounds operate effectively and meet business standards. Tasks can include appliance maintenance, plumbing support, painting, grounds clean up, and preparing units for new renters to move in.
  • Construction: Begin learning the tasks and processes that build construction projects from the ground up. Work on a multi-million dollar construction project and help properties come to life. Tasks can include assisting with carpentry, framing, loading and unloading materials, and assembling structures.
