In 1993, when Founder, Chairman, and CEO Bob Faith set out to build Greystar, he envisioned the need for a rental housing industry leader — a blue-chip company that operated with the highest integrity and character in delivering world-class services to residents, property owners, and investors.

Early Careers

Choosing a career is an important decision to make and choosing a company that will support you reach your career goals is even more important. At Greystar we believe in setting our team members up for success from the beginning.

Our Undergrad Internship Program gives students a real life look into the day to day operations and management of the rental housing industry. Students can choose from a variety of internship focus areas including Property Management, where they will have the opportunity to not only learn the ins and outs of managing a multi-million dollar asset but be a part of a team and play a role in the overall resident experience. Construction and Development interns will have the chance to see how Greystar builds our thoughtfully designed buildings from the ground up. Investment Management interns will work alongside field experts to better learn investment strategies and how to execute on unique investment opportunities. Other internship focus areas include accounting, marketing and IT.

There are so many different ways to start your career with Greystar. Entry-level career opportunitie are available to those looking to go from high school directly into the job market or we offer real-world experience through our internship program. The Greystar Internship Program is one of our most structured early career programs where interns gain hands-on experience, attend lunch & learns, hear from executive speakers, and present their capstone project. Greystar has employment opportunities spanning from On-Site Maintenance and Leasing roles to corporate roles inclduing Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT, and more! Greystar also offers in-office, hybrid and remote roles.
